ON FIRE FOR GOD
“Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;” (Romans 12:11 KJV)
Being on fire for God means to be zealous, fervent and passionate about your faith. This passion drives you into investing yourself and your time into prayer, worship and service to God and His kingdom. Fire burns, fire glows and fire is active; this is what should characterize our lives as believers.
Throughout scriptures, fire is used to represent God’s presence, protection and purification. In Exodus 3:2-4, God called Moses out of the burning bush signifying His presence and power. As gold is purified by fire, we will also be tried for the revelation of our standing with God (Zechariah 13:9).
To be on fire for God, you must make it a daily commitment to live in faith. You must also make it your goal to live a transformative life as fire does not live one the same way. Enough of being a lukewarm Christian, playing to the gallery and fitting into the mould set by this perverse world. Your light is meant to shine and your glory is meant to be seen by all.

God hid them under a cloud and guided them by fire during the night.
Confession
I nurture my faith with intentionality. My spiritual fire will not be put out, in Jesus’ Name.
Prophetic Prayers
1. I declare that my light is shining brighter and better every single day, in Jesus’ Name.
2. I prophecy that the influence of my faith will spread to others like wild fire; transforming and reforming their glorious destinies, in Jesus’ Name.
3. I command every plan of the devil to make a mockery of my life by reducing my significance in life to be destroyed right now, in Jesus’ Name.
