NEVER BE AN ENABLER OF EVIL

“Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!” (Isaiah 5:20 KJV)

Every Christian is expected to be a promoter of good things. To promote good, you have to fill your mind with good thoughts (Philippians 4:8). It is not enough to say you do not practice evil; if you support or enable it, then you cannot be distinguished from perpetrators of evil.

Evil cannot persist unless people drive or promote it. Destruction is on a large scale in the world today because some people are enabling it through their comments, unhealthy biases and lifestyles. Sadly, we also have men and women of popularity and clout who support evil with their financial and political power.

Evil is being camouflaged and subtly introduced into several aspects of our lives, especially through the media. However, no matter how much we paint evil as good, God will never substitute His original principles and commandments to satisfy worldly yearnings. We have been called to a higher life, one that thinks, understands, speaks and does only good. Good will always triumph over evil!

Scripture for the day

Ephesians 5:11 KJV

And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.

Confession

I am not of the devil; therefore, I will never be an enabler of evil, in Jesus’ Name.

Prophetic Prayers

1.   I receive grace to expose and eliminate evil where God has placed me, in Jesus’ Name.

2.   I decree that I will not miss out on my reward for diligent service to God and humanity, in Jesus’ Name.

3.   I paralyze every demonic activity wherever I am and wherever I go, in Jesus’ Name.
