MOVE ON

“The righteous keep moving forward, and those with clean hands become stronger and stronger.” (Job 17:9 NLT)

Change is a constant thing in life. God wants us to keep making progress until we attain perfection as the Bible says in Matthew 5:48 (NIV) that, “Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.” Only the dead stop moving forward; it is the manner of the living to keep moving on.

To make progress, you must move on and to make constant progress means to constantly be on the move. To move on may mean that you start doing something new, walk out of a toxic relationship, learn a new skill, read a chapter a day of that book or get a new job. Don’t stop at the sight of that mountain, but keep pressing on because there is a way around it.

You will never get to that desired place by mere wishing. Quality decisions and actions are required. Jesus was never stagnant; He was always on the move. You may have to crawl, walk or run but never stop moving; never stop making progress. It is time to move and keep moving on.
