LIVING ON MISSION
“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” (Matthew 28:19-20 KJV)
Living on mission means embracing your identity as an ambassador of Christ, sent into your everyday world with the life-changing message of the Gospel. Your mission field is your workplace, neighbourhood, family gatherings and your social circles. See opportunities for a conversation, a relationship and the need to perform acts of kindness to others as doorways for the propagation of the Gospel. The Great Commission is a command for every believer, having received Christ’s promise to always go with us.
Living as one on a mission changes how you see your daily life and priorities. It helps you to live intentionally and with a sense of urgency knowing that your time here is limited. Make it your duty to pray fervently for the souls of the lost and look for practical ways to demonstrate God’s love to others.
The mission field is large, but the labourers are few. Thankfully, God has counted you among those who should engage in this labour to save others from their sins. You are responsible for witnessing Christ, as Christ is responsible for arresting souls. So, do your part and do it dutifully and very well. Be rest assured that God has gone ahead of you, and He will always go with you with miracles, signs and wonders following. Hallelujah!

Confession
I am an ambassador of Christ, sent on a mission to my family, workplace, and community. The Holy Spirit empowers my testimony, as I look for opportunities to share God’s message, in Jesus’ Name.
Prophetic Prayers
- I decree that my eyes are open to see opportunities to spread the gospel to others daily, in Jesus’ Name.
- I declare that my words, my actions and lifestyle will be used by God to draw others to Christ, in Jesus’ Name.
- I destroy the stranglehold of the devil over the lives of the unsaved. They receive their freedom and turn to God speedily, in Jesus’ Name.
